タグホイヤーがフォーミュラE と同様にポルシェと組むことになりました。これにより昨年 iRacing と Porsche が始めた世界選手権 Porsche eSports Supercup シリーズは、その名称を Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup として賞金総額は 20万ドルにまで増額されることとなりました。
2020年のカレンダーには新しいトラックも入ります。2020/03/28 にはバルセロナ・カタルーニャ・サーキットでプレシーズンテストも行われます。
